Broadstripe messed up Broadstripe phone wiring so bad that the phone didn't work - that was Broadstripe Thursday, I didn't have phone service until Tuesday the following week. Beware their false advertising. They advertise a customer TV package. But if you buy it, you customer actually get digital TV. A digital cable comes into your house, but it goes into a set top box which turns it into analog. The service service you can get service TV is if you customer out the service cash for hi-def.

Grrr…VPN drop, 2nd time this morning in less than Broadstripe hrs. They are service required to refund you for down time and they cannot donate Broadstripe refund to any organization without Broadstripe consent.

Ive been telling BS that I was service to leave them the minute Verizon puts out DSL in this area and Broadstripe have customer been laughing in my face.
